YouTube Opens Second Studio for Content Creators

Google’s YouTube has announced a second studio for content
creators, located in Los Angeles, California. The 41,000
square foot studio is located in an old helicopter hangar in
Playa Vista. The space will be available to content creators
that have a large subscriber base, large number of monthly
views, and have prior experience in collaborations with other
YouTube channels. “What we’ve learned over the last couple of
years is the act of bringing creators together causes good
thing to happen,” said Tom Pickett, vice president of global
content operations for YouTube, told the Los Angeles Times.
