Measat Testing 4K for 80% of World’s Population

Measat Satellite Systems and Ericsson have begun a trial of providing live 4K content over Measat’s satellites. They also demonstrated it live at Broadcast Asia 2013. Measat’s satellites provide TV service to 150 countries that have 80% of the world’s population in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
